Snowflakes twirling down from murky sky...
Cold pierces the air, and frosty breath is rising high...
Winter seems forever long...
Each year the winds are twice as strong...
I think I have a warmer place in mind...
A place where Mother Nature treats you kind...

Looking out the window seems in vain...
Life is in a frozen state, and that is just a shame!
Close my eyes, I'm on a beach...
Someplace where the snow can't reach...
Lounging in the tropics of my mind...
A place where Mother Nature treats you kind...

Southern breezes gently blow my hair...
Each day looks the same with sunny skies and sultry air...
How could I anticipate...
Boredom that would be my fate?
Watching seasons change is life's design...
I think I have a cooler place in mind...
A place where Mother Nature spends her time!
